Pkt. arrival (15.2) plus "21/cents" accountancy handstamp, the reverse with the despatch c.d.s. and large Augustine Heard Forwarding agent's cachet; a heavy vertical crease just runs through the 4c. stamp. Over pays the 53c rate to U.S.A. (1863-70)
