(9.7); the reverse with Hong Kong despatch c.d.s. Pays the 32c. rate (1863-70) to U.K. via Marseilles

French mail packets were authorised to carry British mails in sealed bags at the 32c. rate. The covers had to be marked "By Messageries Imperiales Steamer".
