Clark. 49/ Can: Inf:), generally good very fine (3) Estimate £ 80-100 43383 Sapper Bertram Baker, born Wimborne, Dorset; served with the 18th Division Signal Company, Royal Engineers during the Great War; died of wounds, 7.8.1917, and is buried in Brandhoek New Military Cemetery, Belgium. 10798 Private Joseph Harrison, born St. George´s, Hyde, Cheshire; serves with the Cheshire Regiment on the Western Front from 26.1.1915; transfers as 16283 Private to the Machine Gun Corps; killed in action 28.7.1916, and is commemorated on the Thiepval Memorial, France. 432723 Private Elias James Clark, served with the 49th Battalion, Canadian Infantry (Alberta Regiment) during the Great War; killed in action, 15.9.1916, and is commemorated on the Vimy Memorial, France.
