The Royal Niger Company´s Territories 1888-99 Handstruck Stamps Lokoja Mail Via Akassa 1890 (9 May) unstamped envelope to England, endorsed "Mail No. 9. posted Lokoja 9.5.90" alongside Hastings Station Office c.d.s. (12.9) and recipient´s note "Where can this have been, I wonder, 4 months on the road while many later ones have come!", the face panel with light "the niger territories/post/office/p o/akassa." triple-oval d.s.
