Type 1 1889 (30 Dec.) unstamped envelope to Germany, marked "Not stamps" in three languages and showing a good strike alongside "t" over "l" tax h.s. and manuscript "50" (centimes) and "80" (pfennigs) in blue crayon, the reverse with Liverpool Br.
