Gold Coast Quittah 1880 (7 July) envelope to Germany, bearing 1876-84 1/2d. olive-yellow strip of four (one with small corner tear) and two pairs each cancelled with superb "B27.", showing "quittah" c.d.s. (Type 2) and Paid Liverpool Br. Packet c.d.s. (6.8) either side of the address, Altensteig c.d.s. (8.8) on reverse. A rare and most attractive franking. S.G. 4.
