Gold Coast Cape Coast Castle 1883 (20 Dec.) large part envelope to Elmina, "1" accountancy mark in red crayon and bearing 1876-84 2d. green bisected diagonally cancelled "556", fine "paid at cape coast/inland" c.d.s. (Type I) at left; the envelope partially truncated at top, a vertical crease and other small faults though a rare franking. S.G. 6a.
