Gambia Incoming Mail 1892 (31 Aug.) G.B. 2 1/2d. envelope (complete with contents) from Plymouth to a Colonial Surgeon at Bathurst and with "received/gambia" c.d.s. alongside the stamp impression, marked "Deceased" on front and reverse and redirected to London, showing Paid Liverpool Br. Packet c.d.s. (10.10), part South Kensington duplex (12.10), circular-framed "A" and , on reverse, two different London c.d.s. (11.10 and 14.10) and unframed "H" h.s., both the letter handstamps being inspector´s marks or change of postal office, the envelope subsequently placed in a Returned Letter Office envelope and sent back to the sender in Plymouth with arrival c.d.s.
