Benin 1893 (10 Sept.) envelope registered to Paris, bearing 1892 5c. green, strip of three with blue handstamps, 35c. black on orange (from the right of the sheet), "kotonou benin" cancellations with another strike repeated alongside and blue octagonal "loango a bordeaux l.l. no. 1" datestamp of 13 Sep., boxed "r"; the envelope with a small tear at top and one 5c. with a small surface rub, otherwise fine and an extremely rare cover.
