Gambia 1882 (22 Mar.) envelope from Bathurst "Per Stretha" to Auburndale, Mass., U.S.A., "3" accountancy mark in red crayon and bearing 1874 CC imperforate 4d. brown with just clear to large margins all round (small fault at lower right corner) neatly cancelled with "gambia/b/paid" c.d.s., showing a further superb strike of the despatch c.d.s. at left and, on reverse, London (11.4), New York Paid All (22.4) and arrival (24.4) c.d.s.
