TRINIDAD 1863-72 Britannia Issue, Watermark Crown CC, Perf. 12 1/2 Covers 1868 (9 June) entire "Per America Brazilia via St. Thomas" to Norfolk, Va., U.S.A., bearing (1d.) scarlet (5, three crossed by vertical filing crease) each cancelled "1" and 6d. yellow-green tied by "crossed" strikes of the "too-late" h.s. in red, showing sender´s cachet in blue, red crayon "4", red "trinidad/paid" c.d.s., "n.y. steamship/1-" c.d.s.
