Great Britain Postal History 1863 (7 Oct.) unstamped envelope from Oxford addressed Poste Restante in Heidelberg, Germany, uncollected and returned to London but endorsed "Not known without a number in Belgrave Square", showing fourteen different datestamps and instructional markings with unframed "british/foreign" in black, framed "sent-back-to-england/without-a-reason/for-non-delivery" and various manuscript rates; some soiling though in no way detracting.
