India 1907 (19 Aug.) envelope (opened-out and small part of reverse reduced) to England, bearing Persia 1903-04 1ch. in combination with 1906 type-set imperf. 1ch. carmine pair twice cancelled with good strikes of the "kuh.malek.siah.ziaret" intaglio seal h.s. in black and showing, on reverse, legible "koh-i-malik-siah-ziaret-indian p.o." c.d.s.; the pair with a few stains though a scarce franking.
