x New Zealand 1865 (18 Dec.) envelope to London, bearing 1864-65 watermark Large Star, perf 12 1/2 4d. deep rose and 6d. brown, both clearly tied by Dunedin "otago" duplex and showing red arrival Paid c.d.s. (13.2.66) in the opposite corner. A most attractive combination Estimate £ 1,800-2,200 Note: Although the additional 4d. rate was introduced in July 1863, it was not until 1865 that a 4d. adhesive was provided.
