India 1856 (9 Apr.) entire letter "A Soldiers Letter From Staff Sergeant Benjm Jas Wood, 2 Bmy Euro Regt. Lt. Intry." at Camp Hyderabad to Ireland, countersigned by the Commanding Officer and showing "hydrabad/free" c.d.s. (HG4), "bombay/free" oval d.s. (HG23), oval-framed "india" and "2" charge h.s., the reverse with Bombay (11.4), London (20 and 21.5) and Carlow (21.5) c.d.s.; central vertical crease and minor stains at top and at foot.
