Indian Mutiny 1857-58, one clasp, Central India (W, Lloyd. 14th Lgt Drgn), extremely fine Estimate £ 320-360 1201 Private William Lloyd, born Cheshunt, Hertfordshire; enlisted in the 14th Light Dragoons, London 1842 and embarked for Kirkee, India, in that year; served with his unit at Chilianwala and Goojerat during the Punjab Campaign 1848-49; Private William Lloyd died in a regimental hospital at Jhansi 1858.
