London, for subscribers only, 1866. Quarto, pp. (vi), (7) – 68; 7 engraved plates, a little spotted; interleaved throughout, as issued. With 8 pages of manuscript notes loosely inserted, all relating to counter-marked coins. Original decorated cloth, hinges strengthened, worn at extremities and backstrip coming away. Apparently only 150 copies printed. Estimate £ 100-120
