China Postal History Bilingual Paid — 1898 (4 Jan.) Peking and Tientsin Times newspaper wrapper to Germany bearing a good strike of the bilingual "paid" in black with Tientsin Dollar chop alongside and bearing Hong Kong 2c. carmine tied by light Shanghai c.d.s. with Shanghai Dollar chop on reverse; fine and appealing.
