Hong Kong Treaty Ports Shanghai 1883 (5 Sep.) 1c. stationery card to Germany, uprated with 2c. brown cancelled by a very neat strike of Shanghae type Bi c.d.s., code "A" with unusual arrival at foot, the reverse with Hong Kong (12.9) transit; fine.
