Hong Kong 1898 Surcharges Covers 1899 (7 Oct.) Playfair envelope to France bearing 10c. on 30c. grey-green (fourth printing [9]) showing short "N" tied by Foochowfoo type B c.d.s., addressed to France bearing the Consulate handstamp at left with manuscript "Foochow" below; light creasing in corner which just affects the adhesive.
