Hong Kong 1898 Surcharges Covers 1898 (13 May) envelope registered to Sydney bearing two pairs of 10c. on 30c. grey-green (First Printing [5-6]) tied by Hankow type Hi c.d.s. with "R" in circle alongside, the reverse with Shanghai, Hong Kong (20.5) and arrival c.d.s.; some light ageing but a remarkable triple-rate franking.
