Great Britain Postal History 1864 (18 Oct.) envelope to the "Danube & Black Sea Railway Co." in Turkey, bearing 1858-79 1d. plate 72, 2d. plate 9 and 1862-64 1/- green, tied by fine light Glasgow "159" duplexes, originally inscribed "Via Marseilles" (deleted) then re-routed through Vienna, the red circular "PD" h.s. overstruck by black London Inland Office "50" numeral and showing "insufficiently/prepaid" h.s. in black adjacent, variously rated in manuscript.
