France 1849-52 First Issue 40c. pale orange on yellowish paper, a horizontal strip of three on 1853 (14 June) double rate letter from Tuscan Legation in Paris to Florence, cancelled by gros points lozenge in black; the strip has four margins but is affected by the original folding of the letter and with slight staining.
