x Victoria "Half Length" Issues Third state of die altered to give the so-called "white veils", 5th. Printing 1d. reddish brown, two examples with margins in places, each cancelled with butterfly "1" in blue and affixed on 1851 (15 Oct.) entire from Melbourne to Geelong with despatch and arrival (16.10) d.s. on reverse; one stamp with horizontal scissor cut at foot, and both crossed by light filing crease though a scarce franking.
