x Victoria "Half Length" Issues Third state of dies altered to give the so-called "white veils", 5th. Printing 1d. reddish brown horizontal pair [1-2], sheet margin at left and good margins nearly all round on the other three sides, each clearly cancelled with barred oval "1"; two small thins at top and the right-hand stamp with faults though of attractive appearance and a scarce multiple.
