NYASALAND 1907-32 Large Key Plate De La Rue Universal Colour Trials There were five series of Imperium 6d. and "Nyasaland" type 1d. (for values up to 4/-) and £10 (for values above 5/-). All were imperforate and on Multiple Crown CA watermarked paper. The 6d. and £10 designs are inscribed "postage & revenue" and the 1d. "postage postage" (when issued all were altered to "postage & revenue". The 1d. and £10 designs are inscribed "thos de la rue & co" in the country tablet. Fifth Series dated 6 April 1908 A reconstructed "universal colour scheme" (185x365mm.) bearing 6d. (7, four with solid numeral and three with white numeral), numbered 21 to 27, 1d. (7) numbered 48 to 54, and £10 (7) numbered 55 to 61, affixed as triplets with the suggest denomination printed at left for 5/-, 8/-, 10/-, £1, £5 and £10 and with details of colour above.
