NYASALAND 1907-32 Large Key Plate De La Rue Universal Colour Trials There were five series of Imperium 6d. and "Nyasaland" type 1d. (for values up to 4/-) and £10 (for values above 5/-). All were imperforate and on Multiple Crown CA watermarked paper. The 6d. and £10 designs are inscribed "postage & revenue" and the 1d. "postage postage" (when issued all were altered to "postage & revenue". The 1d. and £10 designs are inscribed "thos de la rue & co" in the country tablet. Fifth Series dated 6 April 1908 A complete "colour scheme" (190x365mm.) bearing twenty-seven 1d. colour trials numbered 1 to 27 for values "Less than 1/4d." to "£25", each with printed denomination alongside and with details of colours above; the top left corner clipped and with central horizontal fold.
