Ton, engraved by P. Utkin´ below (Diakov 540.1; Smirnov 496), nearly extremely fine Estimate £ 200-300 The obverse refers to the vow taken by Alexander I in 1812, to build a church to St. Saviour in Moscow. The famous cupola was later overlaid with gold plates.
