Marsteller, South African Horse Artillery, Late 7th Infantry 1914-15 Star (Pte. J.H.A. Marsteller 7th Infantry); British War and Bilingual Victory Medals (Gnr. J.H.A. Marsteller S.A.H.A.). extremely fine, with (2) original named boxes of issue (6) Estimate £ 160-200 Captain Edgar Collins Castle (1886-1959), educated at Wellington College, 1900-03; Sabre representative of Aldershot, 1903-10; served with the Northern Rhodesia Police, 1911-30; Sub-Inspector and Second Lieutenant, 1913; made Temporary Captain for the Great War; appointed Officer Commanding Town and District Police for Broken Hill, Ndola and Lusaka, 1923; Captain Officer Commanding all Town and District Police throughout the Territory, 1924; retired 1931.
