x Canada The Small Queen Issue Five Cents Ottawa Second Printings, Perforated 12 1897 (27 Feb.) quadruple rate envelope (286x122mm., folded towards left) registered from Winnipeg to England, bearing 5c. brownish grey strip of four (one with defective corner) and a single cancelled with c.d.s. and showing "R" in oval h.s. and London Registered oval d.s. (11.3) in red below, despatch and Bath arrival c.d.s. (11.3) on reverse; a little staining around adhesives though a scarce franking. Photo Estimate £ 120-150
