India General Service 1854-95, one clasp, Samana 1891 (Lieut. L.N. Leeds 5th Punjab. Cavy.), toned, extremely fine Estimate £ 320-350 Lieutenant Lionel Nelson Leeds, born 1867; Gentleman Cadet at Sandhurst; commissioned Lieutenant Border Regiment, 1886; transferred Indian Staff Corps, 1887, and was attached to the 5th Punjab Cavalry; Squadron Officer 1890; Assistant Commandant and seconded as 2nd in Command Bhamo Battalion Burma Military Police, 1893; returned to service with the 5th Punjab Cavalry, 1895; District Recruitment Officer, Rawalpindi, 1896, and died later the same year.
