Fleuron Datestamp, Type Ia First State (final "s" complete and "c" raised), 1806-1810 1810 (18 Feb.) entire letter to Edinburgh, rated "2/-" (deleted), "4/-" (deleted) and "4/6" and showing, on reverse, a mainly good to fine strike of the "st vincents" fleuron d.s.; tear through face panel and piece missing on reverse where seal has been torn away.
