Fraser No 66) Victorian Naval Contingent, China" bearing C.I.P. 10c. green tied by Tientsin bilingual c.d.s. with French "Chine" 10c. and 15c. at left cancelled by "shang-hai/chine" c.d.s. with a faint strike of Shanghai bilingual c.d.s. on reverse; vertical folding creases and light soiling.
