Hong Kong 1898 With Chinese Characters — 10c. on 30c. grey-green block of twenty-four [7-10] showing horizontal kiss print doubling, mint. This type of kiss print is more prominent on the right hand pane. This is from the late state of the second printing showing bent legs of "N" [8 and 9]
