Brazil 1874 (May) envelope to Antwerp, Belgium marked "par Santiago", bearing uncancelled 1866 20r. rosy brown block of four and single 200r. black, struck on arrival with "non-affranchi" handstamp and letter treated as unpaid, charged 90c. due to recipient in manuscript.
