Moens in Brussels, Belgium bearing 1866 Dom Pedro 500r. orange horizontal pair tied by Rio starburst cork cancels in black, showing Rio c.d.s. at left, red "charge" h.s., "bresil/bordeaux" entry mark and, on reverse, four transits and Brussels arrival (25.5).
