Views of the Crimea A collection of lithographs of the Crimean War period, 25 of them from the series published by Paul and Dominic Colnaghi in 1855-6, all drawn by W Simpson and engraved by various lithographers, three drawn by Lt Col Andrews and engraved by Sutcliffe, published by McLean 1856, plus one by an unknown artist, engraved by Bryson, all depicted scenes in the war zone, mainly around Sebastopol, but also including Scutari and Kersch, showing actions, encampments, batteries, fortifications, hospitals etc (28) See illustration of one print Estimate £ 200-250
