x Great Britain Postal History Ireland 1778 (30 Oct.) entire letter used locally in Dublin, the address panel with fine light strike of the exceedingly rare Dublin ´Dockwra´ type "paid/penny/post/no./14" at lower-left with superb straight-line "o.30.a" above; tear at top clear of the strikes and barely detracting from the excellent appearance.
