A Glazed Frame containing a large collection of Badges A large and attractive wooden frame displaying an assortment of cap and collar-badges and buttons, mainly of the British Army, mostly KC period metal items, a few QEC vintage and anodised, including cavalry badges of the Greys, 15th Hussars (KK 777), 8th Hussars (KK 762) and 23rd Hussars (KK 1913); Yeomanry cap-badges of the Lincolnshire Yeo (KK 1483), Lanarkshire (KK 1430), Fife & Forfar (KK 1474) and CLY (KK 2291); Infantry items include cap-badges of the 8th King´s (KK 2359), LF, KOSB (KC), R Innis Fus (flag left), PWV, Manchester (KK677), A&SH, Camerons (possibly an officer´s badge) and London Scottish (KK1480); Corps badges include those of the AAC (KC), MGC and Army Cyclist Corps; together with some 50 large tunic buttons, officers´ and ORs´, including examples of 2LG, WG, RS, BW,HLI and MGC (some anodised and a few non-military) plus a number of medium-sized buttons; (Some 170 items in all: backs of badges not examined but assumed to be genuine and complete with fixings) See illustration Estimate £ 350-550
