British Columbia and Vancouver Island British Columbia 1868 (16 Sept.) envelope from New Westminster to Victoria, bearing 1865-67 3d. pale blue vertical strip of four twice lightly cancelled with indistinct numeral obliterators and showing, on reverse, New Westminster c.d.s.; one 3d. with small tear in one corner, otherwise fine and an attractive franking.
