Infy.), contemporarily engraved in running script and serif capitals, one side of clasp facing detached from carriage, edge bruising; Indian Mutiny 1857-58, two clasps, Defence of Lucknow, Lucknow (Corpl. S. Smith, 90th Lt. Infy.); Turkish Crimea, British die, contemporarily engraved in upright serif capitals ´S. Smith. 90th L.I.´, originally pierced as issued, but subsequently plugged and with I.G.S. 1854-95 style suspension added, last brooch mounted, the group lacquered, very fine or better (3) Estimate £ 650-7502880 Corporal Samuel Smith 90th Foot, was severely wounded at Lucknow, 14.3.1858.
