Patten, A.B. Pearl.); Turkish Crimea, Sardinian die, with later crude straight bar suspension, this loose, all polished, therefore nearly very fine (3) Estimate £ 550-650Daniel Patten, born London, Middlesex; served as Ordinary Seaman in H.M.S. London during the Crimea War (1854-56); served as Able Seaman in H.M.S. Pearl during the Indian Mutiny (1857-58); served in H.M.S. Mars from 1861.
