#8, 1867 100c Green, attractive unused plate reconstruction composed of two horizontal strips of five making up the top two rows and two blocks of ten making up the bottom four rows, the two blocks are in a fairly deep green color and the two strips are a lighter bluish green, all with large to extra-large margins, the top row strip has a thin in the left stamp and minor edge flaws at top, the others are very fine; the reconstruction of this scarce value is not only exceedingly rare but exceptionally important considering that there are no known complete sheets of this value.
