1867 5c Yellow green, original plate, second state, block of sixteen, positions 9-12/46-48, pen canceled for fiscal use with a single horizontal pen line through each row, strong bright yellow green, a typical and very attractive shade produced during the second state of the original plate, unobtrusive flaws typical of such a large multiple including small edge thin by position 9 and faint horizontal crease in the third row, very fine appearance and rare.
