x Boule de Moulins 1871 (Jan 5)-1871 (Feb 18): Entire letter written from Brussels, mailed at Roubaix on January 7th with 1867 80c. and Bordeaux 1870 20c., arriving in Paris by land (Lettre de Cornes) after the Siege, with Paris (Feb 18) c.d.s. on reverse. Note that the letter has been sealed by pieces of a Belgium 1869 1c. green, two being tied by the Paris arrival.
