A Victorian Infantry Officer´s Sword A handsome weapon, with 321/2 in. (82.5cm) slightly-curved, fullered blade by Henry Wilkinson (Serial No. 5016), finely etched with foliate decoration and reversed intertwined VR cypher, regulation guard, retaining most of its gilding, with hinged flap, wire-bound fishskin grip and original sword-knot, in a field-officer´s brass scabbard.
