Hundred of Wormelow Association For The Apprehension and Prosecution of Felons.´ and lists the rewards being offered for arresting criminals guilty of various offences including ´Highway Robbery, Stealing, Killing or Maiming Horses, etc.´, addressed to Whitchurch, showing black Ross and red Monmouth mileage marks (applied one on top of the other); minor perimeter faults though still fine and most attractive.
