Virgin Islands 1887-89 Crown CA Issue Covers 1888 (9 May) OHMS envelope (222x96mm.) to Dresden and redirected to Saxony, bearing 4d. chestnut lightly cancelled "A91" and with Tortola c.d.s. below, both struck in violet, Tortola and two German c.d.s. on reverse; the adhesive with small tear at foot and the envelope with some minor stains and soiling, nevertheless rare.
