Ceylon 1938-49 3c. black and deep blue-green, perforated 13 x 131/2, a fresh mint block of twenty-four (3 x 8) from lower-right corner of the sheet with plate number ´1B´ and part imprint in lower selvedge, full original gum with all apparently unmounted.
