GREAT BRITAIN Postal History 1875, a collection of Official Paid covers addressed overseas with 8 June entire to Malta, 12 June and 22 June entires to Paris - all late use and these marks became invalid after joining the U.P.U. on 1st July; also invalid use with 17 July envelope (repaired tear) to Paris (France did not join until January 1876) and 12 August wrapper to Amsterdam bearing handstruck "21/2d" in red, apparently the only recorded example on U.P.U. mail. (5 covers).
